Job summary

Oak Street Health MSO LLC is seeking a Senior Associate, Membership Strategy & Operations to help align clinic patient data with financial membership programs. You will work with Managed Care Operations, Clinic Operations, Finance and Population Health to optimize membership attribution using data analytics.

You'll analyze data with SQL, Excel, Google Sheets and PowerBI, develop end-to-end reporting, and partner with leadership to drive initiatives that improve appropriate financial membership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; US work authorization.
• 2–4 years of experience in a related role.
• Experience collaborating on projects across multiple departments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL and PowerBI.
• Familiarity with Epic EHR.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and recommend actions.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end reporting portfolio.
• Use SQL, Excel, Google Sheets and PowerBI to extract and summarize data.
• Partner with Clinic Operations, Product, Finance, Managed Care Operations, Population Health and Leadership to drive initiatives.
• Translate open-ended requests into proposed actions.
• Create metrics and reports to monitor success and identify opportunities for improvement.
