Job summary

CVS Health, within CVS Media Exchange, seeks a Senior Manager for Sales Operations & Analytics to lead forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and planning. You will drive standardized processes, partner with Finance and Revenue Operations, and enable data-driven decisions to hit revenue targets.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and enablement teams to optimize CRM usage and improve sales productivity, while guiding a multi-hub hybrid workforce.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Sales Analytics.
• Experience forecasting, financial modeling, pipeline management, and CRM optimization.
• 2+ years of leadership experience directly managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Own core sales operations processes including pipeline management and forecasting cadence.
• Develop standardized reporting and dashboards for pipeline, bookings, revenue, and KPIs.
• Partner with Finance and Revenue Ops to align pipeline reporting with bookings and SIP.
• Lead annual and in-year sales planning, capacity planning, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data quality and alignment across teams.
