Job summary

Crunch Fitness, Primetime Fitness LLC is seeking a front desk agent for part-time, in-person work. The role focuses on welcoming members, handling check-ins, generating referrals, giving gym tours, enrolling members, and maintaining records in Crunch Fitness systems.

Shifts include 4-hour and 8-hour blocks; evenings and mornings. Candidates should be customer-focused, energetic, and ready to work in a fast-paced gym environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
