Crunch Fitness in Ohio (Hilliard) is seeking a friendly front desk agent for part-time, in-person shifts. You will greet members, handle check-ins, and enroll new members while supporting a welcoming gym environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a passion for fitness. You will manage member interactions, tours, and record-keeping in Crunch Fitness VFP systems as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsabilités

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
