Job summary

Crunch Fitness, Primetime Fitness LLC in Middleburg Heights, OH, is seeking a friendly front desk agent for part-time hours. You will greet members, assist with service at the desk, and help drive member satisfaction in a fast-paced gym environment.

You will generate appointments through referrals, demonstrations, and calls, tour prospects, and enroll them in memberships while staying knowledgeable about services and gym equipment.

• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to inform members and answer questions.
• Continuously sell membership services during sales presentations.

• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
