Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a front desk agent for part-time, in-person work. You will greet members, assist with inquiries, and help enroll new members while delivering a welcoming, high-energy experience.

The role emphasizes selling memberships and maintaining accurate records, with shifts including mornings, evenings, and 4-hour blocks. Must be a United States citizen and work location is on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to upsell memberships and services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
