Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk agent to join our team in a fast-paced gym environment. You will greet members, answer questions and guide prospects through enrollment.

This part-time, in-person role requires strong customer service, the ability to generate leads, conduct gym tours, maintain clean facilities, and keep records in the gym’s management system.

Qualifications

• Greet members and provide excellent service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments and enroll prospects into memberships.
• Explain membership options and equipment to guests.
• Maintain accurate records in gym management systems.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive environment for members at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, demonstrations, and calls.
• Conduct gym tours for prospects and enroll them in memberships.
• Be knowledgeable about membership services and gym equipment.
• Continuously sell membership services during your presentations.
• Maintain records using Crunch Fitness master systems.
• Perform daily facility walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
