StretchLab Franchise in Solana Beach, CA is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to support the General Manager with new memberships, intro-session bookings, and member retention. Fitness-minded individuals with a passion for community and our brand excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness/health clubs is a plus.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English with ability to communicate via in person, phone, and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process including lead generation, follow-up and closing.
• Book and confirm introductory sessions.
• Manage front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects.
• Conduct tours of the facility and identify members' needs and wants.
• Maintain a strong personal sales production and meet monthly quotas.
• Promote the studio’s fitness and wellness services and programs.
• Present services to current or prospective members.
• Schedule quality appointments and follow up with leads/missed sessions.
• Participate in local events to promote the studio.
• Keep the studio clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.
