StretchLab - Solana Beach / Del Mar is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven representative to help grow memberships and book Introductory sessions. You will support the General Manager, greet clients, and contribute to a friendly, results-oriented studio environment.

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are required, with English fluency and the ability to work at the front desk and in person, over the phone, and via email.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to generate memberships and meet sales targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in person and over email/phone.
• Fluent English with clear, professional written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager with lead generation, follow up, and closing memberships.
• Book and confirm Introductory sessions and manage front desk check-ins.
• Give studio tours and tailor recommendations to individual needs.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment and participate in events.
