You’ll be part of a mission-driven, performance-based environment with substantial earning potential, commissions, and comprehensive benefits after a 30-day period.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong sales and communication skills.
• Experience with face-to-face prospecting and closing.
• Ability to follow a proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
• Deliver NFIB's 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit
• Process membership payments on the spot
