Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM, POS, and basic office software.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with guests to promote and sell membership packages.
• Explain membership tiers, benefits, pricing, and policies.
• Meet or exceed individual and team membership sales goals.
• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members.
• Assist customers in selecting memberships that fit their needs.
• Maintain and update member profiles in the database.
• Process new memberships, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
• Ensure all member records, waivers, and documentation are complete and compliant.
• Monitor membership status and follow up on expirations or billing issues.
