Job summary

Texas Gun Experience LLC is seeking a Range Check-In Associate to welcome members and guests, check them in and out of shooting lanes, and assist with rentals and accessories. This role requires strong customer service, basic firearms knowledge, and proficiency with a point-of-sale system.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, support lane reservations, and coordinate with Range staff to guide new shooters to training resources. Weekend availability and a high-energy attitude are a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of firearms and safety; industry experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out members and guests at shooting lanes.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process sales.
• Explain firearms rentals and assemble gun packages.
• Assist with lane reservations and guide new shooters to training.
• Support Retail and Customer Experience teams as needed.
