Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management.
• At minimum, 21 years of age to legally process firearm sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, offer assistance and suggest items.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills.
• Keep selling floor stocked with merchandise and assist in display.
