BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking team members to promote memberships, engage with customers, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail club environment. You will pitch BJ’s membership products, assist with transactions, and provide outstanding service to members during daily operations.

The role emphasizes achieving set targets, following club policies, and contributing to a welcoming, safe, and friendly club atmosphere for all members and guests.

Qualifications

• Front-line or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to hit performance goals and quotas.
• Basic math skills for transactions and POS.
• Comfort with using computers and checkout systems.

Responsabilités

• Promotes the BJ’s value proposition for acquisition, retention, perks and member experience.
• Effectively pitches membership programs in line with policy.
• Sells BJ’s membership products to potential new and existing members with energy and resolve.
• Meets or exceeds membership goals and performance benchmarks.
• Delivers exceptional member service and handles inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
