You will respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and present membership options across our fitness center and campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads and enroll new members to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, and schedule tours for prospective members.
• Lead tours of the fitness center and campus to showcase membership benefits.
• Present membership options and pricing, and sell secondary services.
• Follow up with prospects and encourage referrals.
