Job summary

OFJCC in Silicon Valley seeks a Membership Sales Representative to develop leads and enroll new members, driving retention and referrals through excellent customer service.

You will tour our fitness center, present options, and follow up with potential members to exceed sales goals while promoting OFJCC programs and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years sales experience.
• Passion for health and wellness; enthusiastic personality.
• Self-starter with strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and team attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays every week, plus evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, and schedule tours for prospective members.
• Lead enthusiastic, informative tours of our fitness center and campus that showcase the benefits of membership.
• Present membership options and pricing, and sell secondary services.
• Follow up with prospective members and guests who haven’t yet enrolled, and encourage member referrals.

$ 24-25/hour plus commission

About the Role

As our Membership Sales Representative, you’ll develop leads and enroll new members to help reach individual membership sales goals. You’ll build lasting relationships with prospective and current members that drive retention and referrals. You’ll take a proactive approach with every member and guest, always delivering the OFJCC’s highest standard of customer service. You’ll also get to know our Center’s programs and services inside and out and take part in them!

What You’ll Do

• Develop leads and enroll new members to meet and exceed your membership sales goals

What You Bring

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays every week, plus evenings and holidays as needed
