Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to manage schedules and appointments effectively.
• Knowledge of campus programs helpful.
• CPR/FA certification within 90 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Greet and check-in members upon arrival.
• Maintain knowledge of fitness and campus programs and provide recommendations.
• Address member concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
• Manage daily scheduling and confirmations of appointments/cancellations.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls for appointments and requests.
• Keep the Customer Service Desk and workout spaces clean and presentable.
