Qualifications

• 1–2 years inside sales experience, preferably in fitness/hospitality or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication to articulate membership benefits and handle objections.
• Customer-focused attitude with passion for fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, capable of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient with CRM software and digital tools for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and follow up on marketing-generated leads.
• Tour facility, demonstrate value, and close memberships and personal training packages.
• Build and maintain relationships to foster long-term loyalty and retention.
• Stay informed about membership options, class schedules, and services.
• Document all sales activities in ZOHO CRM, track progress and report results.
• Collaborate with fitness and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
