Responsibilities

• Greet guests and set the tone with energy and confidence.
• Lead club tours to showcase the facilities and motivate members to join.
• Follow up with past guests, trial pass users, referrals and former members.
• Set daily appointments with prospects via calls, walk-ins, and digital leads.
• Upsell family add-ons and premium services to increase memberships.
• Collect referrals by creating excitement and delivering strong first impressions.
• Support front desk with check-ins and guest passes.
• Track daily metrics and meet performance targets.
• Engage with the local community and raise brand awareness.
• Be proactive and take ownership of club appearance and operations.
