Genesis Health Clubs in Englewood is seeking a motivated Membership Sales Representative responsible for growing memberships and delivering exceptional experiences to current and prospective members.

You are driven, a natural people person, and thrive in incentivized roles; your passion for health and fitness inspires you to help others achieve their best lives, while you stay up-to-date on pricing and promotions and greet guests enthusiastically.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in fitness membership sales preferred.
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services.
• Passion for health & fitness.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process for new memberships.
• Conduct gym tours to guests and potential members.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas.
• Stay up-to-date on company pricing and promotions.
• Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests.
• Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and prospective members.
• Help enforce facility rules and regulations.
