Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a motivated Membership Sales Representative to join our team. You will grow memberships and create an exceptional experience for current and prospective members, driven by rewards for your achievements.

You will conduct gym tours, execute the sales process, meet production requirements and quotas, stay current on pricing and promotions, greet members and guests enthusiastically, and deliver high-quality customer service while upholding facility rules and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in fitness membership sales preferred.
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services.
• Passion for health & fitness.
• Basic computer proficiency.
