National Federation of Independent Business is seeking an energetic Membership Sales Representative for face-to-face outreach with small business owners. You will share NFIB's impact and invite them to join a national movement protecting entrepreneurship and local economies.

You will be trained in a proven sales process, engage owners where they are, and aim for immediate enrollments with supportive compensation and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB's proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
