Limelight Hotels is seeking a Sales Operations Manager for Mammoth Lakes Mountain Club to lead operations and execute the sales and marketing strategy, reporting to the Director of Outlets. The role offers a salary of $71,000–$75,000 annually, plus a sales incentive plan, with bonus eligibility for salaried staff.

Responsibilities include managing membership processes, events, CRM data, budgets, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive premium service and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience preferred.
• 5 years’ management experience in sales & marketing, preferably in a private club or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Mammoth Lakes Mountain Club, partnering with leadership to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Develop and execute membership sales and marketing strategies to drive engagement, waitlist growth, and conversions.
• Manage membership lifecycle, onboarding, background checks, records, waitlists, and CRM data integrity.
