Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a Sales Operations Manager for Mammoth Lakes Mountain Club operations, overseeing guest experience and driving the sales and marketing strategy. This role reports to the Director of Outlets and partners with leadership to ensure premium service and strong member engagement.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years’ management in sales & marketing within the private club sector. Position requires flexible hours, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience preferred.
• 5 years’ management experience in sales & marketing required, preferably in a leadership role within the private club sector.
• Knowledge of private club, hospitality, membership and customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Club and deliver exceptional member experience.
• Lead overall Club operations for seamless activities and services.
• Develop and execute membership sales and marketing strategies to grow prospect engagement and waitlists.
• Maintain premium service standards and minimize membership attrition with senior leadership.
• Manage full membership lifecycle including applications, onboarding, waitlists, CRM data and dues.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and long-term club objectives with Sales and Marketing teams.
