Limelight Hotels in Mammoth is seeking a Director of Front Office to lead Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services for exceptional guest experiences. The role drives strategic initiatives, staffs & budgets, and collaborates with operations to uphold brand standards.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year with bonus eligibility for salaried staff. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Business, 5–7 years in luxury hospitality leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in Front Office/Concierge/Guest Services in luxury or upscale hotels.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for front office operations to align with goals and brand standards.
• Oversee staff and guide supervisory practices including performance management and succession planning.
• Drive staff development initiatives and regular leadership training.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as needed and/or assign a MOD.
• Oversee payroll administration, labor cost controls, and financial deadlines.
