Job Title: Membership Sales Associate – Bathe Society (Austin, TX)**

Location:** Austin, TX (Hybrid – Onsite a few days/week)

Compensation:** Base + CommissionContract:** 3-month 1099 with potential to convert to full-time

**About Bathe Society**

Bathe Society is a private bathhouse and sauna social club centered on intentional rest, reconnection, and ritual. We’re building a modern sanctuary for Austinites to gather, unwind, and recharge—off the grid, in the flow.

**The Role**

We’re looking for a **Membership Sales Associate** with strong closing skills and experience in membership-based or lifestyle-driven businesses. This is a **3-month 1099 contract** with the potential to convert to a longer-term role. You’ll play a key role in growing our founding member base, guiding prospective members from first contact to full commitment, both online and in person.

**What You’ll Do**

- Manage and convert inbound leads into closed memberships

- Conduct in-person and virtual tours, discovery calls, and follow-ups

- Use CRM and booking tools to manage your pipeline

- Work a few days per week onsite to support tours, events, and walk-ins

- Collaborate with the founding team to refine sales strategy and member experience

**What You Bring**

- Proven success in closing sales in a membership, hospitality, or wellness setting

- Familiarity with CRM tools, booking systems, and email outreach platforms

- Excellent communication and people skills

- A self-starter mindset and comfort working independently

- Local to Austin, with availability to work onsite weekly

- Base pay + strong commission potential
