Position Overview

The Area Sales Manager, Wholesale Division, is responsible for building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with assigned accounts. S/he will serve as the main point of contact for all account matters and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success in achieving revenue and profitability goals.

The ideal candidate will be based in San Antonio, Houston, or Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business/Strategy Planning: Engage in ongoing Masonite/Endura business planning, opportunity evaluation, prioritization, and strategy development. Plan for upcoming projects to optimize productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness, while proactively addressing potential obstacles.
  2. Customer Training: Coordinate and conduct sales & door shop training on Masonite & Endura brands. Provide field service/repairs training to enhance customer service and sales teams for future field service needs.
  3. Market Development: Collaborate with Sales Activation managers to strengthen channel relationships and promote Masonite/Endura products. Communicate opportunities for market pull-through to wholesale dealers.
  4. Product Knowledge: Continuously educate oneself and groups on Owen's Corning Door brands. Train customers and dealers on new and existing products and systems to build advisory relationships.
