Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is hiring a Lead Sales Assoc/Membership Advisor in Solana Beach, CA. You will lead a studio sales team, manage an appointment book, and drive membership renewals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 30+ hours or 4+ shifts per week, with base pay and bonuses. You will collaborate with the Studio Manager on outreach and events, supporting a collaborative, active studio culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills; Previous sales experience in a quota-driven environment preferred.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
• Functional computer skills, MS Office basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in sales and KPI performance.
• Manage appointment book and follow-ups.
• Coordinate waitlists and confirmations for daily shifts.
• Assist Studio Manager with community outreach and wellness prospecting.
• Train new sales staff on guest onboarding and experience.
