Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with sales quotas preferred.

• Basic computer and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process and drive revenue as top producer in studio.
• Manage appointment book, follow-ups, and confirmations.
• Support waitlists management and community outreach.
• Coach and train junior sales staff on guest onboarding and customer experience.
• Achieve monthly package renewal goals and KPI targets.
