NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to work face-to-face with small business owners, presenting NFIB’s mission and driving membership enrollments across communities. This hunter/closer role emphasizes a proven sales process, quick rapport-building, and close coordination with a nationwide movement.

Expect performance-based compensation including commissions, training pay, and uncapped earning potential, with an average annual compensation range highlighted by the company.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be motivated by growth, learning and rewards.
• Ability to prospect directly with small business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB's 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
• This is a hunter/closer role with a structured sales model and no account management after the sale.
