El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers with energy, educate them on our Unlimited Membership, and convert interactions into loyalty.

You will strengthen the customer journey by resolving concerns on the spot, maintaining a clean environment, and capturing feedback for continuous improvement. Prior sales or hospitality experience is a plus and bilingual skills are highly valued.

• Set the tone from the start - Welcome every customer confidently and energetically.
• Drive membership growth by educating on the Unlimited Membership program and converting interest to loyalty.
• Turn service into sales by reading the customer and closing without pressure.
• Handle difficult moments quickly and professionally to leave customers impressed.
• Keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming in all customer-facing areas.
• Log customer feedback in Micrologic and share insights with the team.
