Job summary

Pure Barre Mansfield in Bristol, TN is seeking a Sales Representative to drive new membership sales, welcome clients, and deliver a positive, high-energy experience. You will tour facilities, identify member goals, manage a steady sales pipeline, handle retail items, and participate in community events to grow the studio.

Experience in retail or fitness is helpful; training provided. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

• Must work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must have proficient computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting goals and needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Assume responsibility for developing selling skills.
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
• Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients.
• Input inventory for retail clothing and other items.
• Attend and complete all relative training programs.
• Take pictures for social media platforms.
• Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
