Job summary

Pure Barre in Bristol, TN is seeking a Sales Representative to grow memberships, deliver exceptional client experiences, and guide prospects through the sales process to convert visits into memberships. You will conduct studio tours, nurture relationships, and collaborate with the General Manager to hit monthly sales quotas while fostering a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere.

• Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills required.
• Warm, welcoming and engaging personality.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and meet sales goals.
• Self-motivated with ability to learn ClubReady software and use it effectively.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility, building relationships and understanding goals.
• Maintain personal sales production and contribute to monthly quota.
• Present services to current or prospective members and promote the club.
• Input inventory and assist with events, training and retail coordination.
• Follow up with prospective clients and complete training programs.
