Perspire Sauna Studio is opening a new location at the Shops at Sunvet in Holbrook, where you will help guests discover infrared sauna, choose memberships that fit their goals, and deliver friendly, informative tours.

Join our founding team to receive paid training and coaching, enjoy wellness perks, and have paths to supervisory roles. This on-site hourly position offers flexible hours and opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins, and give studio tours.
• Explain services, listen to goals, recommend memberships, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Follow up with prospective members by phone and text, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting your teammates.
• Keep the studio guest-ready by resetting sauna suites, cleaning, restrooms and common areas, and replenishing towels and supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and handle day-to-day tasks independently during quieter shifts.

Enjoy meeting people, interested in wellness, and motivated by making a sale? Join our founding team and help guests discover infrared sauna, feel welcome, and choose a membership that fits their goals.

We’re looking for dependable people who take pride in both great service and a clean, inviting studio. You’ll receive paid training, personal coaching, and support as you help build our studio community.

What we offer

• $17/hour initially, increasing to $18/hour after successful completion of initial training plus $10–$20 commission per new membership sold, depending on membership tier and subject to our commission plan.
• Regular performance reviews, with opportunities for pay increases based on sales results, reliability, guest service, and overall contribution.
• Paid, hands-on training and ongoing one-on-one coaching in sales, guest service, and studio operations.Experience the wellness benefits you’ll share with our guests—without paying for a membership. Enjoy complimentary weekly sauna sessions, plus additional off-peak standby access, to build your own wellness routine and speak about our services from firsthand experience.

• Schedules posted at least two weeks ahead, based on studio needs and the availability discussed during hiring.
• Direct support from an involved, accessible owner.
• Opportunities to take on keyholder responsibilities and be considered for future Assistant Studio Manager openings, based on performance and studio needs.

Schedule

Hourly position, approximately 12–35 hours per week, with shifts typically lasting 4–6 hours. Examples include:

• Morning: 6:30 a.m. –11:30 a.m.
• Midday: 11 a.m.–4 p.m.
• Evening: 4 p.m. –9:15 p.m.

These times are illustrative; actual shifts may vary. Weekday and weekend opportunities are available, and weekend availability is a plus. Additional hours may be available during our opening period and holiday season.

• Ability to perform essential duties—including moving throughout the studio, bending, cleaning, and lifting supplies up to 25 pounds—with or without reasonable accommodation.
