Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio Irvine is seeking a confident, sales-oriented Team Member for our upscale wellness studio. You will engage guests, promote memberships, and book follow-ups while delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include tours, answering questions, CRM-based outreach, and maintaining a pristine studio. Evening and weekend availability are required to align with guest schedules; compensation includes $18/hr + commission + bonuses and a free IR Sauna

• Prior sales experience preferred.

• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and towel area.
