• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio Memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain cleaning and turnover of the sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize towel supply area.
