Job summary

An upscale wellness studio in Colorado seeks positive and confident team members to join their member service team. This role involves selling memberships, engaging with leads using a CRM, and promoting the benefits of infrared saunas. Ideal candidates will excel in providing exceptional customer service, have a team-player attitude, and be available for evening and weekend shifts. Competitive pay is offered upon the successful completion of training.

We Offer

We are open 7 days a week and the hours for shifts are Mon‑Fri 6:30‑9:30p and Sat/Sun 7:30am‑8:30p. We are trying to incorporate a mid-evening shift of 4‑5 hours per day.

• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
