Elements Massage Clayton is seeking a Wellness Membership Advisor to build relationships, create exceptional client experiences, and help clients prioritize wellness through massage and skincare services.

This is not a typical front desk role—it's sales-driven. You should be confident in conversations, enjoy promoting memberships and retail, and thrive in a team-focused environment with weekend/evening availability. Compensation starts at $13-$15/hour with commission/bonuses and benefits.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred, spa or wellness industry a plus.
• Comfortable discussing memberships, services, retail products, and promotions.

Elements Massage Clayton is looking for a motivated, professional, and sales-driven Wellness Membership Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating exceptional client experiences, and helping clients prioritize their wellness through massage and skincare services.

This is not a typical “front desk” position! We are looking for someone who is confident in sales, comfortable having conversations with clients, and motivated to help grow the business while being part of a positive, team-focused environment.
