Job summary

Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC is hiring a Wellness Membership Advisor to greet clients, manage scheduling and check-ins, and guide new visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a relationship-focused sales process.

This front-desk role balances service, connection, and sales in a studio environment, with evenings and weekends required. Training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service experience is preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person.
• Evenings and weekends availability is required.
• Comfortable using scheduling software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as the first point of contact at the front desk.
• Manage scheduling and check-ins, and guide visitors into the Elements Wellness Program.
• Support daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, on-brand environment.

$20.25 - $22.75 / hour + bonuses & commission

The Role - What You'll Do

As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you're the heart of the front desk — welcoming clients, managing scheduling and checkins, and guiding new visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a proven, relationship-focused sales process. You'll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best, all while keeping the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and on-brand. Compensation & Benefits What We Offer

Competitive hourly pay ($20.25 - $22.75 based on experience), monthly performance bonuses based on conversion targets, and commission on Wellness Program sales. Full-time employees receive medical insurance, plus every team member enjoys a complimentary monthly massage.
