Job summary

FoundersCard is seeking a Membership Sales & Retention Specialist in the Spring, Texas area to engage with existing and former members, renew memberships, and elevate member value through our benefits and experiences.

This high-energy, quota-driven role requires daily outbound calls, strong product knowledge, and a consultative approach to customer success; the position offers a competitive base, upside bonuses, and a hybrid in-office/remote schedule at our Spring, Texas location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in outbound sales or retention roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build rapport quickly on calls.
• Experience with hybrid in-office schedule.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing and prior members through proactive outreach.
• Renew memberships and strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities to upsell memberships.
• Maintain daily outbound activity and CRM pipeline.
