Job summary

Gravity Haus is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our Membership Sales team. You will drive pipeline growth through outreach and events, guiding prospective members from first contact to signed membership while also owning renewals and retention for an assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Execute inside/outside sales initiatives to attract new members, including outreach, tours, and events.
• Manage monthly/quarterly/annual new membership sales goals as a distinct, tracked KPI.
• Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage the acquisition pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts.
• Own the renewal pipeline for an assigned book of existing members and manage churn-reduction efforts.
