Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in membership services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Support membership retention program through outreach.
• Serve as SME for membership processes and systems.
• Maintain documentation of core business processes.
• Coordinate team training with system product owners.
