American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) seeks a Program Administrator for Certification Programs to support oncology practices worldwide by administering ASCO’s Certification Programs, coordinating operations and analyzing data.

The role is hybrid with a primary location at ASCO’s headquarters in Alexandria, VA, and the hire must reside within 75 miles. You will manage outreach, assist customers through milestones, and collaborate with senior staff to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–4 years in operations support, credentialing, or healthcare support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new tech.
• Strong customer service and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer certification applicant processes and payments.
• Answer certification inquiries by phone and email.
• Lead the Certification Outreach Program with data analysis.
• Support customers through milestones and timeline management.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain certification documents.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgets and revenue reconciliation.
