Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute membership strategies that support organizational priorities and growth.
• Lead annual membership recruitment, retention, engagement and revenue planning.
• Oversee membership operations, policies, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and member satisfaction.
• Lead membership experience strategy and promote a culture of exceptional customer service.
• Monitor performance with data analytics and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the membership department budget and revenue performance.
• Partner with senior leaders to advance membership priorities across the organization.
