The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Welcome Desk Associate to deliver exceptional front-desk service to members and visitors. This part-time, non-exempt role requires a welcoming attitude and strong customer service skills at the first point of contact.

You will handle cash, verify memberships, answer questions about programs, and promote events while maintaining a friendly, professional environment and upholding center policies and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous front-desk service to members and visitors.
• Handle cash, process sales, and operate front-desk software.
• Promote programs and events; direct inquiries to staff.
• Greet guests and provide tours for prospective members.
• Maintain organization of the CCMS area and assist with administrative tasks.
