• Provides information about club facilities and programs that suit individual needs.
• Converts inquiries into club visits and tours.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Crunch Sales Script and enroll new members.
• Upgrade existing memberships and activate new members.
• Call and set up sales appointments with prospective members.
• Give tours and trial memberships; demonstrate equipment and facilities.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Fill out all paperwork for accurate membership records.
