Job summary

Crunch Signature in San Francisco is seeking a Membership Advisor to drive new member sign-ups in a fast-paced fitness setting. You will be responsible for prospecting, follow-up, and closing deals while delivering outstanding member service.

The role offers an hourly rate up to $20/hr plus a robust monthly commission plan, with earning potential of $75k+ annually. Growth opportunities and ongoing fitness education are available within a thriving, dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years sales experience preferred.
• Strong rapport building and sales closing skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly; passionate about fitness.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract business via member referrals, cold calls, corporate lead generation, territory outreach, telephone inquiries, sales follow up.
• Achieve and surpass all personal sales goals.
• Work with team to drive new member personal training sales.
• Create welcoming atmosphere for members and guests at all times.
• Answer phones courteously and forward requests to GM as needed.
