Crunch, a No Judgment Gym, is seeking a Membership Director in New York to lead the sales team, drive member sign‑ups and deliver exceptional client service in alignment with Crunch’s philosophy.

The role offers an hourly rate up to $20/hr plus monthly commissions and bonuses, with earning potential up to $120k. Benefits include group health insurance, disability and life coverage after eligibility, plus opportunities for upward mobility within a growing company.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train and develop sales team.
• Provide tools, coaching and day-to-day motivation to hit or exceed quotas.
• Create daily task list and goals to stay on pace for index.
• Monitor daily workflow and ensure monthly sales planner is completed.
• Conduct daily meetings with staff to discuss goals and provide support; follow-up on tours and presentations.
• Ensure personal training is offered at point of sale in line with Crunch philosophy; assist in sales for other reps.
• Coordinate marketing, promotions and events with GM.
• Inspect and supervise prospecting systems to ensure full operation (guest passes, registrations, calls).
• Reach and surpass team and personal sales goals regularly.
• Prospect via referrals, forms, cold calls, flyers, guest traffic, inquiries, etc.
• Exhibit extensive knowledge of Crunch’s services and facilities.
• Foster a friendly, professional atmosphere for members and guests; enforce policies.
