Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a proactive Membership Advisor to drive in-club sales and member enrollment. You will perform needs analysis, present club facilities, and convert inquiries into visits and tours.

The role includes upgrading memberships, proposing training packages, and handling paperwork with a customer-first approach. You will build relationships with prospective and current members, generate outreach, and contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales goals in a fast-paced gym

Qualifications

• Must be able to determine desires and needs of prospective members via proper analysis.
• Provide information about club facilities to potential members in person or by phone.
• Convert inquiries into club visits and tours, and guide decision making.
• Up-sell memberships and personal training options.
• Complete all required membership paperwork accurately.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Up-sell upgrades and family memberships with additional services.
• Generate leads by calling, emailing, texting and social outreach.
• Give tours and trial memberships to prospective members.
• Fill out all paperwork for accurate membership records.
• Handle check-ins and promote higher level memberships and programming.
