Crunch Fitness is opening a new location and seeks a Member Services Representative to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional service. You will represent the brand at community events, pre-sale activities, and daily club operations, including tours, payments, and member support.

The role involves engaging prospects, explaining memberships, capturing information, and meeting sales targets while helping to maintain a welcoming, guest-ready environment throughout the club’s opening phase.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable approaching new people and visiting local businesses.
• Willingness to perform member service, cleaning, and operational duties.

Responsibilities

• Presale: visit local businesses, attend community events, and generate leads.
• Presale: start conversations, build relationships, and convert interest to memberships.
• Presale: explain membership options, capture lead information, and meet lead gen goals.
• After opening: welcome members, conduct tours, sell memberships, and meet sales goals.
• After opening: promote amenities and upgrades, support onboarding, and process payments.
